Ryan was born in Howick and has lived locally his whole life. He attended Shelly Park Primary then Somerville Intermediate before going to a semi private college in town. His father has always been in the flooring industry and after his schooling Ryan laid carpet with his father full time. In 2009 Ryan chose to take the sales path so started up Online Carpet which was then primarily internet based. Ryan has been a member of many local sports clubs. Today Ryan, along with Cam can be seen in the retail store helping clients find a carpet which is best suited for their home.

Cameron was raised and schooled in Pakuranga. He started laying carpet at 17 and started his own company (The Carpet Man) in 2009 specialising in carpeting for local developers and builders. Because of this background, he is very familiar with the building industry. Cameron brought most of his client base over when the two companies merged. He is enjoying being off the tools and becoming more customer focussed, measuring and advising. When not at work, Cam enjoys fishing, surfing and a range of outdoor activities.

Karen is also a local, born in Howick. She is married to Stuart and they have 5 grown up children. Karen has been with Online Carpet since 2013 and is learning more about the flooring industry each day. With the opening of the new showroom she now has a more ‘front of house’ role. She enjoys chatting to customers about their requirements and helping with their selection. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and friends and volunteers at the local softball and netball club, organising fundraisers amongst other duties.
